Colotraq, the foremost global sourcing advisory firm and master agency for data center infrastructure (DCI) services, unveils the first ever cloud-based software for the sourcing of data center infrastructure services aptly. DCI Traq is a completely license free software for its clients and agent partners to use. Colotraq is planning to roll out the software in phases over the next several months to ensure a seamless migration of its existing clients and agents from its legacy systems. This proprietary software will enable agents and clients to dynamically research, compare and purchase colocation, managed hosting and cloud services through Colotraq’s unrivaled network of over 400 service providers. This includes over 70 enterprise cloud services providers and access to more than 3,000 colocation/managed hosting facilities around the globe. “This robust new software is truly an industry first and highly innovative in its design and will invariably revolutionize the way our clients and agents source Data Center Infrastructure services such as colocation, managed hosting, cloud and related network services,” says Dany Bouchedid, Colotraq’s Founder & CEO. DCI Traq incorporates a customizable algorithm that matches a client’s project requirements to the offerings and capabilities that vendors have specified in the system. A user will then be able to launch a comparison chart that will highlight the matching vendors’ capabilities and offerings to further streamline and simplify the sourcing process. According to Lou Peccoralo, Colotraq’s COO, the system will feature a fully integrated Center of Intelligence (COI) that will empower clients and agents to view all sorts of content such as sales and marketing collateral, whitepapers, events and promotions. DCI Traq is also designed to permit Colotraq’s agent partners the ability to private brand it as their own and push it down channel to their sub-agents as well as their clients. The software will also have comprehensive data mining and reporting capabilities that will allow users to see all of their project history, all communications on a particular deal, historical revenue and agent commission information through full integration with Colotraq’s cloud based accounting platform, and an array of powerful real time metrics.
